Rinker Rock Recipe #1 - Eggless Tofu Caesar Dressing

Some of you may remember that Mazz and I owned a restaurant in Mt. Airy, a section of Philadelphia.

We sold to Hamlet, who sold to Tiffin. Thanks to our many, many customers who greet us on the street with a request for their favorite Rinker Rock Cafe dish.

Even I get tired of computers, and I'm going to blog some recipes and other fun stuff, totally not technical, from now on.

This blog's recipe is for my tofu Caesar dressing.

Egg-less Caesar Dressing:

1 pk soft tofu
3 Tbl. worcestershire sauce
5 garlic cloves
6-10 anchovy fillets
1/8. c. lemon juice
1/2 Tbl. Black pepper.
Process well. Pour into container, add 1 c. olive oil, 1/2 c. water. If still too thick, add more water and shake well.
