one time backup - $149 for one time only
software install - $129 for one application, not including the software
That's over $100 an hour! Some places charge more.
My tech support service is $65/hour, I charge in 20 minute increments (pro-rate the hour) and I will show you how to Do-It-Yourself. Here's my pricing:
Memory installs - approx. $35 (you buy the memory and I will tell you what to get)
Install 3 security products and configuration to protect your computer - approx. $65
Configure a free online backup service - approx. $45
If you sign up for remote monthly monitoring, $29.95 per computer, you will pay less for remote technical support, too. Because I'm monitoring your computer once a month, checking security logs for infections, looking at performance issues, and doing maintenance, you pay only $55 an hour for any work above and beyond the maintenance check that I do.
