I left the software development world in 2002, after the dot.com bust, with over 13 years experience as a top-rated technical support manager, to devote my time and technical resources to small businesses and nonprofits. As owner of SusanGuggenheim-IS.com your answer to technical support, services and training, it continues to be my mission to make computers and computer training accessible to ex-offenders, seniors and the financially disadvantaged. It's joyful to bring technology to someone whose life will be enormously benefitted and made easier for it. Currently, I'm teaching seniors at Einstein and high school students at IDAAY.

I've been on the board of WMAN and currently serve on the board of WCGN. I also worked as Tech Director for Mt. Airy Learning Tree (MALT) and I was theDirector of the Mt. Airy Community Computer Center (MACCC). I live in the heart of Germantown, with most of my customers in Mt. Airy 19119, Chestnut Hill, 19118 and Germantown, 19144. I will make site visits up to 15 miles from Walnut Lane, where I work. I offer a discount for seniors, nonprofits and low income residents!
